For the prestigious Pakistan Banking Awards 2025, Renome Interiors was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive bank event design experience that would reflect excellence, prestige, and innovation in Pakistan’s financial sector.

The objective was not just to design an event but to create a journey from arrival to registration, nominations, networking, and, finally, the grand awards ceremony. Every touchpoint needed to feel premium, organized, and visually impactful while managing high guest flow.

Design Concept & Experience Journey

Renome Interiors developed a sequential spatial narrative, ensuring that each area of the event flowed seamlessly into the next, both visually and functionally.

The concept blended:

Luxury award aesthetics (black & gold theme)
Corporate clarity and branding
Experiential movement through space

From the first step on the red carpet to the final moment on the stage, the entire environment was designed to feel grand, immersive, and memorable.

Entrance Experience – First Impression Matters

The event begins with a bold architectural entrance arch, prominently displaying Pakistan Banking Awards 2025. This grand black arch, paired with a red carpet pathway, immediately sets a tone of prestige and anticipation.

The entrance creates:

A strong visual identity
A perfect photo opportunity
A clear transition from outside to the curated event environment

This element establishes the foundation of a powerful bank event design experience.

Media Wall & Red Carpet Zone

Moving forward, guests arrive at a dedicated media wall area (PBA 2025), a key highlight of the event.

This space features:

A branded backdrop filled with bank logos and sponsor identities
A wide red carpet runway for photography and media coverage
Strategic lighting to enhance visibility and visual impact

This zone is designed to handle high traffic while maintaining elegance, making it ideal for press coverage, guest photography, and brand exposure.

Nomination Display & Hallway Experience

As guests proceed, they enter a fully branded nomination corridor, where walls are transformed into storytelling surfaces.

Key elements include:

Large vertical panels showcasing categories like Best Microfinance Bank 2025 and Best Digital Bank 2025
A central nomination feature wall displaying shortlisted institutions
A long red-carpet hallway creates a guided journey toward the main event space

This section ensures that branding is not static but interactive and immersive, keeping guests engaged as they move forward.

Registration Desk – Organized & Branded Welcome

The registration area is designed with both functionality and visual consistency in mind.

Features include:

A sleek, custom-designed registration desk with integrated branding
Backdrop graphics with gold accents and geometric patterns
Multiple stations for efficient guest handling

The setup ensures smooth check-ins while maintaining the premium feel expected in a high-level bank event design.

Main Hall Layout – Structured & Elegant

The event hall is planned with precision to balance capacity, comfort, and visibility.

Highlights:

Round banquet tables arranged symmetrically for optimal viewing
Black and gold seating details reinforce the luxury theme
A central red carpet aisle leading directly to the stage

The top-view layout clearly reflects a well-organized event flow, ensuring that every guest has a clear visual connection to the stage.

Stage Design – The Grand Highlight

The centerpiece of the entire event is the award stage, designed to capture attention and elevate the experience.
